• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale.
• Hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics, personal care items) for safety reasons.

4. Return Process

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
3. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be made to your original payment method (if prepaid) or offered as store credit. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide your preferred refund method (e.g., bank transfer or store credit).

6. Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or offer a replacement of equal value.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Since we accept Cash on Delivery, please check your order carefully upon delivery. If there is any issue (wrong, missing, or damaged item), report it to our support team within 48 hours of receiving your package.
